Acceptable Use Policy

You must not

• Message people who have not agreed to hear from you or have no relationship with your business, including bought, rented or scraped lists.
• Sell or promote products restricted by WhatsApp's Commerce Policy (weapons, drugs, alcohol, adult content, gambling, loans or investment schemes, and others shown at onboarding).
• Send deceptive, fraudulent, threatening or illegal content, or impersonate another person or business.
• Ask customers for card numbers, PINs, passwords, OTPs or BVNs over WhatsApp.
• Try to get around Reeplii's sending limits, opt-out handling or suspensions.

Enforcement

We may pause campaigns, lower sending limits or suspend accounts that break this policy, and may report illegal activity to the authorities.
